WWDC 2011 - Next Generation Mac OSX "Lion"

Apple unveiled the most advanced next generation Mac OSX "Lion". Last october in "Back to Mac" keynote, apple given  the Lion preview to developers with new features like new touch gestures, iOS folder options and many more.
Now its most happy time for mac lovers to just download the "Lion" from Mac App store
with only 29.99$ from July . In the keynote phil mentioned almost  250 features added to this new os x version.
Lets walkthrough the most innovated features on this new Mac OSX "Lion".

Multi-Touch Gestures

All Macbook and Macbook Air comes with the Multi-Touch trackpad. By using  gestures transform the way you interact with your Mac, making all you do more intuitive and direct.

Now an even richer Multi-Touch experience comes to OS X Lion. Enjoy more fluid and realistic gesture responses, including rubber-band scrolling, page and image zoom, and full-screen swiping.

Full-Screen App

OS X Lion offers systemwide support for gorgeous, full-screen apps that use every inch of your Mac display. You can have multiple full-screen apps open at once — along with multiple standard-size apps.

Mission Control

Mission Control brings together full-screen apps, Dashboard, Exposé, and Spaces in one new feature that gives you a bird’s-eye view of everything on your system.

With a single swipe on the trackpad, your desktop zooms out to Mission Control.

Mac App Store

Just like the App Store on iPad, the Mac App Store lets you browse and download thousands of free and paid apps that you can start using right away on all your
Mac computers authorized for personal use.

Mac App Store keeps track of your apps and tells you when an update is available. Update one app at a time or all of them at once, and you’ll always have the latest version of every
app you own.

Launchpad

Like apps listed in your iPad or iPhone homescreen , now this launchpad is  full-screen home for all the apps on your Mac. Just click the Launchpad icon in your Dock.
Arrange your apps any way you want, group them together in folders, or delete them from your Mac with ease.

Resume

AutoSave- Feature, will save your files and apps frequently and no worry about every time use Ctrl+s in Windows. Now apps you close will reopen right where you left off, so you never have to start from scratch again.
And when you install software updates, you no longer need to save your work, close your apps, and spend valuable time setting everything up again.

With Resume, you can restart your Mac and return to what you were doing — with all your apps in the exact places you left them.
If you’ve ever lost a document and hours of work, your mantra has been “save early and often.” But OS X Lion is about to change all that. Because it saves automatically. So you don’t have to.

AirDrop

Now you have the easy  way to share files with people nearby? With AirDrop, you can send files to anyone around you wirelessly — no Wi-Fi network required.
And no complicated setup or special settings. Just click the AirDrop icon in the Finder sidebar, and your Mac automatically discovers other AirDrop users within about 30 feet of you.

Mail
Apple revamped the native Mail app completely in Lion  and looks beautiful.
With searching now you can search suggestions. Mail recognizes whether that's a person or a subject...

From 250 features, apple just only shown some of the features and lot more to
coming in upcoming weeks.
.. Stay tuned....
